Stand up paddling, or SUP, is becoming increasingly popular with all water rats. Since this sport can be practiced with relatively little effort and is also easy to learn, it is great fun for the whole family. It is important to keep your balance. Through the complete exercise of the body, the entire musculature is trained without stressing the joints.
Lessons and Tour:
Depending on the weather, lessons take place at different surf spots, depending on where the waves are relatively low and there is easy access to the sea. After a theoretical introduction, getting up on the board is practiced, although in the beginning it is a little difficult to keep your balance. After a few drying exercises, it's off to sea. After a short time you will get a feel for the correct posture. You can try out what you have learned on a tour along the coast. If you want, you can also go snorkeling here.
The lessons are led by a licensed surf and SUP instructor, so that very qualified lessons are guaranteed. Of course, there is also plenty of fun
