Funchal (Half day):
Discover the capital city of Funchal with the famous "Mercado dos Lavradores" market, the historic old town with its painted doors and other sights. Marvel at the fine handicrafts of the world-famous Madeira embroidery in an embroidery and experience the Cristus statue in Garajau, which was modeled on the traffic jam in Rio de Janeiro.

Eira do Serrado and Monte (Half day):
From the Eira do Serrado viewpoint at 1,095m, you look down into the nun's valley "Curral das Freiras" below. The nuns fled from pirates in this inaccessible mountain basin in the 16th century. We continue to Monte, where you can take part in the "infamous" basket sleigh ride.

East Tour/Santana (Full day):
This tour takes you to the most beautiful places on the east side of Madeira. From Pico Arieiro, the third highest mountain, you can enjoy a great distant view of the island. In Ribeiro Frio you explore a trout farm before continuing on the north coast of Madeira. There you will get to know the typical Madeira houses of Santana, the eagle rock, the linen town of Porto da Cruz and the second largest city on the island: Machico. The way back takes you inland to Santo da Serra and Camacha, the wickerwork place, where you can watch the braiders at work.

West Tour/Porto Moniz (Full day):
Discover the wild and romantic west side of Madeira. The tour begins with a visit to the picturesque fishing village of Câmara de Lobos. In Ribeira Brava it goes over the Encumeada Pass on the north side of the island to São Vicente. The coastal road leads us from there past the bridal veil waterfall in Seixal to Porto Moniz, where the famous lava swimming pools are located. We return via the Paul da Serra bog and the towns of Calheta and Ponta do Sol before we take a look at Cabo Girão, the second highest cliff in the world, through the glass skywalk into the Atlantic Ocean, which is almost 600m below us.

Typical Madeira evening:
Enjoy the typical meat skewer "Espetada" in a traditional restaurant. Experience a folklore performance in which the dancers represent life in Madeira. On the way back we stop at the viewpoint "Pico dos Barcelos". Here you can take a unique panoramic view of the sea of lights in Funchal.
