Discover the flower island Madeira on a 7-day bike tour around the island. Thanks to the mild climate, the tour is possible all year round. With the high-quality e-bikes, you can master the partly alpine slopes on Madeira with ease, so that the tour is also possible for "pleasure bikers".
You will be picked up on arrival at the airport and taken to your hotel in Funchal, which is very close to the bike station. Depending on your arrival time, you will receive your bike the same evening or the next morning. Together with the bike you will receive a luggage rack, helmet, water bottle, a detailed route description with tips on sights, restaurants etc. and vouchers for the individual hotels. So you don't have to worry about anything anymore and you can start cycling completely relaxed. If there is a problem en route, the 24-hour assistance will help you.
The tour takes you along the small back roads with great views over the island. The route is designed in such a way that you can manage the individual stages easily with the battery of the e-bike. You can easily charge the battery overnight in your accommodation.
The distance:
There are 5 daily stages between 45km and 65km that take you around the island. The 6th day's stage takes you into the interior of the island. Alternatively, you can spend a day of relaxation in your hotel, which has several pools and a spacious spa, stroll along the beautiful promenade or explore the lively capital of Funchal.
